How to Publish a Google Document to Your Blog
Step 1
Sign into your Google Docs account. If you do not have a Google account, please see the Resources section for links to opening up a Google Docs account. Click on “Settings” in the upper-right-hand menu.
Step 2
Go to the “Blog Settings” section and click on “Edit Info”. This will bring up a pop-up box called “Blog Site Settings”.
Step 3
Complete the Blog Site Settings box. If your blog has an existing blog service such as Blogger.com, Livejournal.com or Wordpress.com, choose the blog service from the drop-down menu. If you use your own server or a custom server for your blog, you will need to enter your API and complete URL site path for your blog. Your username, password and blog title will need to be input as well. Click “Ok”. You are now done filling in your Blog settings.
Step 4
Go back to your Google Docs account. Check the name or names of the document or documents you would like to publish to your blog.
Step 5
Right-click on the “Share” menu item and choose “More Actions”. Next, choose “Publish”. Choose “Post to Blog”. The time and date of the document posting will be displayed once the document is published to the blog.
